Is anyone still doing well, upvoting Youtube comments, or it's totally dead?

i used to spam YT last year and till July and made pretty solid cash
In June we got YT Upvote Panel broken and i stopped this
As i know nowadays YT ignore 80% upvotes and more over, comments go in random order now, and more over , some popular type of links, for example sites.google are now being ghosted.

i am curious, is anyone still earning something in such conditions there?
