Is anyone interested in betting?

I'm picking bets almost every day and that's my main stream of income for now. However, I would like to diversify as soon as possible.

Thing is that I can make a thread here in which, for example, I try to make 1000 euros with only 50 euros over some time. I just don't know if there are enough people interested in this.

I do this, start with £20 and bet on extremely likely outcomes, takes ages to reach £500 but i have done it like more than 10 times

I'm focusing more on football (soccer), basketball, and tennis. Sometimes on volleyball and handball, but rarely on mma.

My main strategy is playing single bets with a fixed amount of money, but I like what you're doing with small odds.

People always think that betting is a 1-day thing, where either you make a lot or lose everything. They don't get that it's much more than that.

Powerplay gave me 10 bucks no strings attached the other day to place on any bets i want. (It was for their 2 year anniversary). I usually only bet once every few years, on politics. But I decided to throw the 10 on Alen Babic v Tom Little, I picked the underdog ofc

Definitely interested if you share your picks beforehand. I've seen some suceed but most of them fail in the long run.

Well yeah but honestly all i do is this:

£20 starting point.

£20 on there being 1 goal in the Coventry vs Birmingham game tonight is 1/14 = Return £21.42

£21.42 on there being 1 goal in the Chelsea vs Newcastle match tomorrow is 1/33 = Return £22.06

£22.06 on the next game...........

and so on and so forth. It takes a good while to reach a target of £500 as you can imagine. And on odd occasion a game will end 0-0 - this happened to me once when i was over £300. Its luck in the end.

Theres no magic formula.

Guys just remember that it's statistically unlikely you will profit from gambling in the long run and it's also highly addictive.

I'd focus on building a long term business, its a much better use of your time and money

I made a living from the bookies for a couple of years and I have friends well into consistent six figures from sports exchanges. There's gambling and there's trading variance, two very different things.

You're not wrong that just gambling and hoping for the best is a bad idea but there are profitable strategies out there.

Maybe, if everything goes right and I make money with this, I can invest that into building some kind of a website or something similar.

I already found some interesting services in the marketplace.

Used to do for a bit of fun, start with a £10 bet on an event, then keep betting the full amount up until 10 times or until you lose.

You're only risking the initial £10 but when your next stake is £700 it's quite interesting.

Thinking long term is a great strategy

And @SEOMadHatter is absolutely right, there are a few people that know the industry so well they are able to consistently profit but just remember the betting industry in the UK alone makes £13.5 billion profit a year. So globally we can roughly estimate that's around £700 billion per year. All that money comes from people like us losing money.

Gambling is good fun, just be realistic about the outcome.

started with 200 USD in crypto, lost 70k, It's definitely interesting, in a suicidal way
