Is anybody here doing FB ads CPA?

Hey guys, for the past few days I've been watching some videos on youtube regarding FB ads cpa , how to prepare the landing page, some cloaking techniques etc
Yesterday I started some campaign on facebook , there was 38 clicks on the link and only 4 clicks on the ad ( I had quiz funnel ) and I wasted 10$ on it (0 conversation)
One of the videos I saw said that waiting x10 of the revenue per lead and getting nothing means that the offer is either bad or the landing page is bad...
so I decided to try another offer which got better epc (first one was really low) set up new landing page and advertise it
First time I tried my ad it was rejected , the second time my account got disabled
I really want to learn that FB ads CPA so if anybody can give me some tips or point me to a really good course and not the bullshit many people publish just the sake of making a video I would be really grateful!

i tried fb ads today and got approved campaign ad then i change timer of my prelander 3-5 second redirect to offer target country 1
but everythings campaign set is done , after got click 44 and my offer 0 and my prelander show 0 count ?
fb ads is fake bot click ???
my domain prelander is fast redirect 3-5 second to offer still not click only show in fb totally fb is scam
when i talk to AM manager i give my prelander link he auto redirect to offer work then my show 1 from manager ?
fb is totally scaming

how is this possible
doesn't other people make money with such methods?

Same thing happend to me when i tried promoting offer with fb ads last year so i forgot about facebook. Whenever i create an account it ask me for id

they make good money , i dont know how do..

It surelly works but oyu have to find good offer and good audiance. Testing testing and testing. When you find what works good then scale it. It requires a lot of investment and its not easy. If it was easy, then everyone would just make landing page, pay ad and wait for money to come.

for me is perfect ad got alot clicking .... but in website show 0
my website auto redirect 3-5 second to offer but still 0 !!

Did you use some tracking service that track user entries on site?
