Both their main website and content locking options don't work. what's happening?

Have you tried your AM on IM?
That would be your best bet
None of you are having issues still are you? I had a quick change made to httpd which shouldn't have caused more than ~2 minutes of downtime. Our server monitors fired off an alert to us at 3:56 but I know that by 4:02 that it was back up. Probably sooner that that even.
I see it now. Not reachable from my phone, but works fine from my cable connection. Being looked at now. Thanks for the PM carrepairs
