Is a good idea to submit our site to Google Search Console?

If someone do Private Blog Network (PBN), because it's a Black Hat Seo technique I guess it's not recommended to submit the websites used for PBN to Google to accelerate the process of being crawled (indexed) ?

Apparently on Google Webmaster Central Help Forum they wrote this :

It is possible for a site to be crawled/indexed within 4 days to 4 weeks.
In some cases, it may take longer.

If a domain names has already a lot of domain referring I guess Google bots will detect it faster ?

Thank you

forget search console, it is not good idea to use the text colour you are using to make us answer you !

Seriously the giant text and color is pretty annoying.

But, if you use a different google account for each of your PBN sites, the Google Webmaster Tools won't hurt your PBN websites at all. The data that Google shows through webmaster tools, Google already has, they just share it with you when you verify the website belongs to you (with the little file that you upload to your server).

Google Analytics on the other hand you shouldn't put your PBN sites on, as that actively collects extra data about your site when people visit.
