Is 2 usd to 3 usd per 1000 impression really works?

I read one ebook last time about exploiting (2 to 3 usd per 1000 impression programme)

In this ebook they teach how to use an iframe ( anybody know how to do that?)

Anybody explored about this kind of programme?

Can we add to blogger or need to have a website?

hmmm i dont really know what you want to do with those traffic but i bet they wont convert much unless they are adware traffic ( dunno do they even convert them any good )

about iframe you can go google like "html iframe code"
