This depends on how the providers are allocating their IPs. If a provider is allocating each IPV6 address they own they should be thrown into the nearest trash.Actually no IPv6 proxy provider is any good. I tried many but none of them was really good.
They are all just too greedy and have insane margins.
If you pay 0,1$ per Ipv6 proxy that‘s already way too much
An honest provider, imo, should not give more than 200 IPs for each /48 subnet they own, then it'll be much higher quality but will likely cost more.
IPV6 complicates the whole IP allocation process, so you should always ask how the provider is doing it before leasing their IPs
Just don't for your own good, use ipv4 for instagram
