This depends on how the providers are allocating their IPs. If a provider is allocating each IPV6 address they own they should be thrown into the nearest trash.

An honest provider, imo, should not give more than 200 IPs for each /48 subnet they own, then it'll be much higher quality but will likely cost more.

IPV6 complicates the whole IP allocation process, so you should always ask how the provider is doing it before leasing their IPs

have you ever tried ipv6 for instagram automation purpose ? it doesn't go well, ipv4 is the best n more recommended for automation use.

Comparing IPV4 to IPV6 this way doesn't make sense.

It all comes down to the specific IP, subnet, and ASN. A spammed IPV4 will perform much worse than a new IPV6.

I say it's easier to get a clean IPV6 today than it is to get a clean IPV4.

If you have a good and honest provider, IPV6 can be your best option.

200 ips for each /48 subnet? That you call high quality? You should never run more than 20-40 accs per /48. I personally use 1 ip per /48 subnet. And you know what, even that should never cost more than 0,1$ per proxy. Sellers still make more than 500-800% profit...

It was bomb until month ago when ig changed crap.500 proxies for 40usd ftw.

What you're saying makes sense, however this would be unrealistic for many proxy providers who don't own the IP space to give each user a /48 at current price point.

And if you choose to make your own proxies, unless you're leasing the subnet yourself, it won't be any cheaper than using IPV4, since no consumer-lever provider will give you anything bigger than a /48, vast majority will offer a /64 or even a /112.

At the end of the day its not an exact science. I have been running a few /48 subnets with 200+ IPs on each for a while now with great results for my purposes.

You might have a completely different experience for a plethora of reasons.
