IPV4 or IPV6 for YouTube

I want to upload my CPA related video on a aged YouTube channel. I have the following questions:

1) Is IPV4 recommended or I can use IPV6?

2) Does proxy type have any effect on ranking or on my account?

3) I am currently using VM with chromium to use proxy. Its takes sometime to load and its slow. Now I want to directly use it on my PC. How do I prevent my real IP from leaking and prevent Google from tracking me?

If You want to hide Your IP then You just set proxy in Your browser and use youtube.
