Because you're not allowed to sell here. If you want to collaborate, you can build your account up to 50 messages and participate or launch a thread in the Joint Ventures section.

If you ever decide to upgrade your account, you'll be able to offer your services to those who are looking for them in the Hire a Freelancer or the Want to Buy sections, but in any way you are not and will never be allowed to offer your services to someone who haven't indicated they want to buy them. This is true to every member of the forum, not just you, of course.
