Hi,

So, I need an ISP proxy for accessing a region-blocked Android application, and I found out IPRoyal & Proxy-Seller offer affordable dedicated ISP proxies.

IPRoyal: $3/IP in major regions with more than one IP commitment

Proxy-Seller: $3/IP (no commitments)

If anyone uses their service, tell me what your opinion about them is, and am I missing any other reliable, affordable (no commitment) providers for this matter?

Both are decent for basic ISP use, but Proxy-Seller tends to deliver cleaner subnets — still, test small first

Yeah, there are also other providers. Maybe you can also post your requirements in Want To Buy section and receive offers. Make sure to test a few before committing. Best of luck!

Both IPRoyal and Proxy-Seller are fine, but IPRoyal ISP Proxy Price is $2.7/IP, which is slightly cheaper.

I’ve used both. IPRoyal works fine but support is slow; Proxy-Seller is more consistent for geo-locked apps. Also consider Webshare for cheap, no-commit ISP options.

I ve tried em all , and I can say iproyal and proxy-seller are both solid for isp proxies at that price, the key for choosing which one of them or any other provider is the TEST, as some proxies work better for some stuff better than the others, and that s what m really doing everytime I spread test for every new thing then I decide after which one to choose and work with

They're pretty much offering the same product as for ISP. You just can't tweak much about it, only prices and available websites. But other than that - it's a tight competition, so don't expect much difference.

Hi all. I am extremely disappointed with IPRoyal. I purchased a Static Residential ISP proxy specifically for Los Angeles, California. However, upon checking the provided IP on industry-standard verification sites like Pixelscan, Whoer, and Octo Browser, it is clearly located in Phoenix, Arizona (Maricopa).

Because of this location mismatch (IP is AZ, but I need LA settings), my browser fingerprint shows a "Spoofed Location" error, making this proxy dangerous and useless for my work.

When I contacted support with clear screenshots proving the IP is in Arizona, they:

Denied the truth, claiming their own outdated internal checker shows it as LA.
Refused to replace the proxy or refund me, hiding behind a "24-hour replacement policy."

It does not matter if 24 hours have passed if the product you sold was fake/incorrect from the start. You sold me a Phoenix IP labeled as Los Angeles. That is deception.

I have attached screenshots of the chat where support refuses to help and the real IP location check. Do not buy from IPRoyal if you need accurate locations – they will take your money, give you the wrong city, and then refuse to fix it.

I’ve looked at cheaper ISP proxies too and before committing to a batch, I always run a small set of sample IPs through a reputation/risk check. Tools like Fraudo.io, MaxMind and AbuseIPDB give a quick idea if the IPs really behave like real ISP ranges or if they’ve been flagged for proxy/VPN use. Between IPRoyal and Proxy-Seller, both are affordable, but the real test is what those IPs show on reputation checks and how stable they are in practice. Running sample IPs through a few services before full purchase usually gives a clearer picture.

I’ve seen mixed feedback on different providers as well. In general, experiences vary a lot depending on the use case and setup, so it’s better to test providers yourself via trials or the Marketplace rather than rely on opinions

i agree, especially for IPRoyal, its doesnt suits my need without any free trials, but they wont give me refund.. very disapointing..
