whats the best way to change the ip when your on dsl?

there is a good program called IPGreen that will do it for you - u just input your modem details. Google for it you can find it around.
Also, for most DSL modems u can actually go into their administration via a built-in web page and force an IP refresh/change, which can be done automatically via a script too on a set timer (every 5 minutes, etc).

That is the problem when getting IPs from others, you don't know what is going on behind the closed doors. For those in the US, I'd look at dialup, wireless or dynamic DSL if you can get it. Even dialup should be able to provide you with enough IPs if you don't need super fast speeds.

My review of Iprental
I have used Iprental for 2 months on premium 109/mo non subscription service.
The service is descent, IP's fast. As far as Cragislist you have to sift through quite a few IP's to get one thats usable.
They also provide dialup or what they call slow regional ip's which are actually better in quality for CL postings NOT in speed.
Customer support, as others have said above Its bullshit. You get initial call from JP to verify paypal payment and he sounds super nice, then all goes to POT, emails filled with BS ( Upgrade happening tonight, blah blah ), calls NEVER answered.
Also another drawback I am noticing is that during peak hours IP change takes quite a bit of time, When I started service it used to instant press button presto new IP, now its almost like their system cannot handle the load and has taken up to 2-3 mins to get a new IP.
For CL postings I would pass for others I think its worth it.
Just my 2 cents. Hope you find it useful

Its been a couple months since the last talk about iprental. how is it now is anyone using it? Most of the autoposters have it integrated now. Ie https://secure.iprental.com/troopal/
Is the key to get a high number ip subscription? Does ipgreen work with cable modems?

This may not be related.
But as you know I am writing a program that create youtube, gmail and CL. The catch is different user seems to have different ways to change IP. Yes. You need to change IP after each account creation needless to say.
My solution is simple. The program will press Shift-F2 after it's done with one account.
Now, can iprental or that ip green do that? I know I can do that for hidemyip. I just change it so it changes IP everytime a user press Shift-F2. Can Iprental or IPgreen do that?

My problem is the ip lease time. I set it to 12 minutes and it changes ips on its own right in the middle of what im doing.. Not CL by the way... Any workaround for this? Will the premium package allow me to change it manually ?
