Is it better to create and log IG accounts via iPhone or android? I don't want to leave any traces after restarting my mobile phone.

I think android is better for general people

Rooted Android allows you to completely remove all the traces while iPhone might still leave a few fingerprints behind.

Rooted Android to create accounts or to login on child account since you can change device ID, better automation. But for the main/mother account I use iPhone since they render better

What does rooted mean?
Gives you access to low-level functions - you can update your OS (older iPhones), download unapproved apps, delete system apps and so on. Basically gives you an ability to customise your phone a lot more.

What does rooted mean?
Rooting is the process of allowing users of the Android mobile operating system to attain privileged control (known as root access) over various Android subsystems. As Android is based on a modified version of the Linux kernel, rooting an Android device gives similar access to administrative (superuser) permissions as on Linux or any other Unix-like operating system such as FreeBSD or macOS.

If you are not rooting your Android, Iphone is much safer by far.

Rooted Android, if not go for Iphone.

Also, the location where you're creating the accounts matter (I believe Ip's from tier 1 countries give a better trust score to new accounts).

I use a 12 pro Max and for a year the iPhone was better until now. Recently, you can’t create an account on iPhone browser then try to login to that account on the app( it will come back with an error), You can’t even create another account once the one on your Instagram app gets disabled, simply because unlike android I can’t seem to completely wipe off Instagram data after even deleting the app. I will definitely get a rooted android device today cause I can’t wrap my head around this restrictions I see on my iOS
