iPhone 7. Do you like it?

I think the difference is in the system, IOS is a powerful OS, no lags, overheating ..., that's why iPhones have good performance, and if you want to get them you have to pay more...

thats what im saying. you dont only pay for the hardware you also pay for the software , goods and services thats why chinese phones and in general android phones are cheaper

im sick of samsung phones the first 5 months they run okay.. after 5 months all the lags and issues appear! the 80$ chinese phone i have doesnt lag at all compared to my note 4. If you go android go buy a chinese phone for real, not worth it.

for me the only way to go is iphone 7 plus, since i have many android phones i dont find any reasonable reason to buy a 600EURO device that will start lagging in 5 months or catch in fire like the note 7 :p i prefer spending a little more and get an iOS device
I have the Chinese redmi note 3 pro prime :)

With Android phones you can root them and take off the bloat ware, they also come with more ram and many have microsd cards(which are going to be replaced soon with something that is as fast as sata ssd speeds) so you can have way more storage than what an iphone offers. It took iPhone a few years to reach over 200 gigs of storage capacity when android has had that much already.

If you want to take nice photos just get a nice point and shoot or a DSLR, they will have better image quality and have much better zooming.

I was die hard Android for the longest time. I've been running Macbooks since 2008 though. It was finally time to upgrade back in July and I went for the 6S as a replacement for my old Galaxy S4. What a difference. Love this thing. I can run the GPS for two hours and still be at 80% battery life. With the S4 I would have had to charge the thing after an hour.

Watched a "live" version of the keynote from The Verge. The waterproof watch is stellar, as is the Nike version for runners. The 7 is pretty awesome, minus the headphone jack debacle, but I understand Apple's reasoning for this. People are still going to buy the shit regardless. The telephoto lens, i.e. optical zoom on a smartphone, is super cool. Until someone has the lens zoomed in and then forgets and shoves their phone in their pocket and breaks the lens off.

The headphones? Fuck that. Can't wait for the reports of people's kids swallowing them.

I'm waiting for the next one to see if they make some leaps with Mac computers.

From what I understand the 7+ is the one with the telephoto lens, which works because there are two lenses, each with different zoom. I think the normal 7 has a normal lens.

I like it,

But its just business policy, Like , Black n White to Colour then mp3 and then camera then dual sim then dual camera,

so in every upgrade they will add something and sell the phone

sure there are, but there is no other cheaper option to get iOS on a smartphone :p
Think it like that: when you buy an iPhone you pay also for the iOS ,Every other brand uses Android which is free , in the price that you get the iphone its also included the work of programmers who built iOS.
not saying that its worth it but still thats why ios devices are more expensive.

and thats why chinese phones are cheaper! they dont have to pay people to work all around the world like samsung, they dont have to pay service centers etc.

you get my point

Thx for info , didn't know this , regards.

I have the Chinese redmi note 3 pro prime :)
for real some chinese phones are awesome, Chinese people should be laughing really hard by looking the flagship phones like Note 7 and S7 (they are good phones , but after few months issues starting) regarding pricing and specs.. i mean you can get a 200$ chinese smartphone with a 10core cpu 6gb ram very good premium build quality , why pay 600$ on the Note 7 for example or s7? we really look dumb for me if you go android go get a chinese phone instead of samsung ,lg etc..

look at this

Thx for info , didn't know this , regards.
..and many other factors that put the price tag high.
no worries, just have that in mind

There are advantages.
Warranty : if your Chinese phone breaks. If they do have warranty. You havw to pay shipping there. And maybe back. You will get it back after 3 months.
Breaks : if it breaks, you probably can't repair it (screen)
Accessories: alot less accessories and you can't buy then locally usually.
Resell: when you do decide to upgrade. It won't retain much value and it's hard to find people that would want to buy it. For iPhones, you can easily sell it quickly and for a good price too.

But Chinese phones will still outweigh Samsung. Not iPhone. The biggest reason iPhone sells is their ios and that's something you can't get.

But Chinese phones win everytime if you don't care about the OS

That's why you install the software your self after you purchase it

I've been using HTC phones for quite a while and although they aren't flashy and "popular", my HTC 10 is the most reliable smart phone I have used and I came from using Apple and Samsung. Too bad I don't see HTC making smartphones for more than 2-4 more years as they are not very "popular".

Lol, what about the new nexus?

Until somebody comes out with a huge change, phones are a commodity. Honestly, these days even a two year old phone is "just as good" as the newest one for doing 99.9% of the tasks people do. If not for the fact the pieces of shit break so easily the phone market might slow to a crawl. Honestly, for the outrageous prices Apple and Samsung charge it is amazing people jump to pay out for such minor upgrades every year or two.

oneplus installs CyanogenMod, a modified android OS

well. some Chinese manufacture include their app in their phone , and we don't know the permissions of those apps, you have to check before buying
