Currently got the 15 pro max 512gb, 99% battery health. How much do you reckon I would need to add on top to get same spec on 16 pro max?

litearlly, you won't feel the spec performance upgrade.. not for at least another 2-3 years before it gets throttled and sluggish

You can also enable the setting so that the battery does not charge past like 80%, for example mine has never charged pass 80% and battery health is 99% percent after months
