ipage vs bluehost shared hosting

Both are trash to be honest. Look into siteground or a2hosting.

Never heard of em. Head over to the webshost talk forum and start your research there.

Why so hate around EIG :D they are fine if you find 0;99 deal for PBN :)

Yeah!! :) They aren't too bad if you're just doing something small and want really inexpensive hosting. My biggest concern a few years back with IG is that their database servers are always overloaded. Too many customers on one server.

All I can say is when I used 1page hosting my load time on the website was shit. Haven't used Bluehost but i imagine that it's better. I use 1&1 hosting and it's only .99cents for the first 12 months. My page load time is very fast and totally worth. Although, they don't give you free ad credits :(

inmotion is providing ssh/php7/ssd drive in shared hosting plan. while ipage is providing these features in vps

This is the same issue I am facing. quitting ipage.

Both hosting are terrible. Spend a bit more to get either wix or shopify. Uptime is much better and you have access to free themes for usage.

Siteground is a Bulgarian hosting company, very well know. I had zero problems when I was using them more than 2 years. I was using several others including bluehost and I cant say anything good about bluehost.

Same ppl that hold Siteground hold a little more cheaper hosting called superhosting.bg

Havent tried superhosting but siteground is the best shared hosting I have ever used.

I just wanted to chime in real quick. I've used Bluehost and just recently cancelled. The services and page speed for me, along with unexplained increasing cost was the nail in the coffin for me this week. Their customer service was dreadfully unhelpful as well. I loaded a fresh wordpress site, with nothing installed other than plugins and the default wordpress theme and I had upward of 14 second load times.

When I contacted them they said they do not promise page load speeds - ok fair enough, but my other services host9 and siteground were running under 2 seconds for fully loaded, media rich, websites. The only comeback customer service had was to either higher a programmer or upgrade to a "better" more expensive plan.

I am not promoting either of the hosting services above, but I have had good success with them. I am just saying, be careful of bluehost and best of luck to you.

If you check, load time of this site http://topadnetworks.com is very poor in ipage. I have shortlisted inmotion hosting. ay one having idea about inmotion hosting.?

Inmotion is good? I always thought Bluehost. Maybe because of website look n feel. ? Just checked... Inmotion is providing WP basic plan at $5.99/m and pro plan at $7.99. Is it enough for WP websites?
I have 2 3 websites powered by WP

Hi Ankur, Have you purchased hosting from Inmotion? If yes please share your review on it. I am interested in power plan of the Inmotion.

I had 1 year subscription on ipage and never used it.

I have been using crocweb.com for years and hosting a lot of domains. They are awesome and the speed is great. They are ranked best for their web hosting manager package. And their prices are great too

Inmotion is good?
Don't know about others but for me shared hosting with inmotion was the worst experience ever!!

After I installed WP loading at the front was 5-10 seconds and back end 10-15 seconds. They got good customer service though but issued a refund.

Now I run vps hosting, paying double the price but so worth it.

Both are bad. Add to them hostgator. Don't waste your money with these thieves.
