hey guys , i wanted to open an apple developer store , but i dont have a mac , ihave a windows pc ,and ideas how to open/make apps :)

What kind of app is it? React native? You will need an apple developer account to begin with.

You can search for macincloud. They provide mac rdp. You can use them. They will provide all software required.

A good method that I found is downloading MacOS iso image and configuring on dual boot or VM, it's known as hackintosh. I'm afraid you will need an iphone to finally finish your environment configuration, if you don't have one, you can get a very cheap one, like iphone 5 just to finish your setup, then you are good to go.

Otherwise, there are online tools that provide MacOS environment to release apps on apple store. Good luck!
