Stay a way from them, they're the worst!
Always having difficulty signing in my dashboard, every time they asked my zip cod, last name, secret question and ton of BS question!
Stick with namecheap, they are the best so far.

Shit guys I've been with IONOS since they were 1&1 for nearly 20 fkn years haha
Never had an issue with them tho tbh, but have just used them for domain reg, never hosting.
OP, you should contact them, they have been quick to resolve issues for me in the past over the phone.

They are the WORST registrar!
Their billing and renewal system is dated from back in the day when people did invoices; this is 2021, purchasing a domain should be instant, but not with those oomain name hill billies
Here is my advice, MOVE your domain from 1 on 1 as soon as you can, and DO NOT purchase any of their other services!
