I have a problem, on some groups everyone can see my posts but on another groups only I can see them. Is that a "Shadow ban"? - What do you think about that?

if it requires admin approval, then only you and admin can see it... is that what you are trying to tell?

XD - No, i'm not idiot :D - In group without admin approval my posts are invisible
 
Sounds to me like you are not making your posts unique enough, posting too much from one account, posting the same url too often or not posting without posting other content not linking to anything in between.
 
FB has this feature wherein admins can moderate posts done on their pages and they can allow any posts they deem suitable or unique for their page or let others post freely. This must be whats happening to your posts.
 
Its with post likes as well, they start to disappear :p
