The coronavirus is downgrading all the markets but the moment when the cure is found, all the markets will rise again (obviously, not as fast as it is falling, but they will rise again). The coronavirus has made Arabia Saudi to lower the price of its oil and in addition, Trump's bans the entry of aircraft from Europe to the US, this has made the oil at an almost historic minimum price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, it's a good time to buy and you need decent capital and every time there is a financial crisis it takes roughly 1.5-2 years to recover. So you need side money where you can kiss goodbye for 2 years to realize a sexy return.
