Intespire Setup for bulk mailing

I am looking for somebody to setup Interspire etc or whatever it takes for a business to send our mass emails. Ideally you must've done this in the past and achieved a reasonable inbox rate.

My lists are either bought off the shelf and some are scraped from the web. I shall be sending emails out to businesses for business enquiry and sending it to consumers for B2C.

- Cron jobs for automatic handling
- PowerMTA Configuration
- VirtualMTA Creation and configuration allowing us to add new clients and ips
- Bounce Processor Setup
- Mail Server Configuration
- Mail Server Validation for good Delivery: DKIM - DMARC - ADSP - SPF - MX - EHLO Implementation
- IP rotation

Why don't you just get the reliable smtp service that does allow mass emailing? Because this way you'll not face headache of other upcoming issues. As, I see most of the people who do setup their own server for mass sending are pretty techy guys.

I have a list that I bought off the shelf, not sure if any provider would allow this to go through?

I have had a few threads open for mass mailing and been doing my research, I say you are best to do some research and fine the best emailing program's and SMTP's or prepared to get ripped off.
