Intespire Setup for bulk mailing

I am looking for somebody to setup Interspire etc or whatever it takes for a business to send our mass emails. Ideally you must've done this in the past and achieved a reasonable inbox rate.

My lists are either bought off the shelf and some are scraped from the web. I shall be sending emails out to businesses for business enquiry and sending it to consumers for B2C.

Why don't you just get the reliable smtp service that does allow mass emailing? Because this way you'll not face headache of other upcoming issues. As, I see most of the people who do setup their own server for mass sending are pretty techy guys.

I have had a few threads open for mass mailing and been doing my research, I say you are best to do some research and fine the best emailing program's and SMTP's or prepared to get ripped off.
