Internet Marketing or Warez?

Hi BHW,

Would like to get some feedback about this.

Saw a download request for "Mark's 101 Totally Awe*some Photo Tips" and the responder indicated that the poster should read the rules and not turn the BHW forum into a warez site.

I would consider most anything having to do with graphics, templates, clipart, photoshop addons, videos or actions, software, etc. as having a large part to do with internet marketing.

Are these types of downloads or links acceptable or are they considered to be warez and not allowed?
