It is easy to remove your domain from spamhaus dbl buy submitting their form and putting [email protected] there. It is instant and automatic and once done you contact internet.bs support and they will enable the domain again.

You shouldn't have to do this in the first place. Internet.bs should mind their own fucking business and not be influenced by spamhaus. They're a domain registrar, not a spam hunter.

Most non-US registrars won't give a flying fuck about spamhaus or even US government. However, be advised that .com, .net and .org are TLDs that fall under US jurisdiction and can (in theory) be seized by the US government regardless of where they're hosted.
However, that probably doesn't apply to two-bit spam with ScrapeBox/XRumer/other blackhat tools. The US government is primarily after big fish, be they spammers, counterfeit goods peddlers or pirates.

.com falls under the US jurisdiction? Where'd you get that? Shouldn't it be just .us, if that?
As for removing your domains - I have a dynamic IP. Takes less than 10 seconds to change it. Hit me up if I can help in anyway.
Domains Registrars shouldn't listen to private organizations - it's exactly the reason why godaddy is infamous. It's the hosting company's job to enforce the rules, not the registrars. I personally prefer namecheap and name.com. Name.com for free whois for life and namecheap for their awesome promotions($0.99 domains, anyone?)

The .com registry is a US corporation, VeriSign. As such it falls under US jurisdiction. As for .us, it's only a country TLD which, in theory, should be available only for US entities (organizations and individuals).
Haven't had any problems with them yet. I have most my domains with them since they have been very BH friendly in the past.
If this happens with one of my domains I will move ALL to namecheap or moniker. If they continue to do this they will lose a lot of business I believe.

IF it happens? You should be a smart cookie and move them NOW. Judging by this thread it WILL happen, only a question of WHEN.
I've never bought my domains from internet.bs, always got my domain with my hosting (I know, everyone's going to tell me thats the worst plan, but a free domain is nothing to be sniffed at). They were widely recommended on the forum up until now, and since I got a reseller account, I'm looking to get more domains. Looks like NameCheap is the way to go...I'm glad that I didnt buy anything from BS lol...but whats to stop NameCheap doing the same?

I've had domains with a whole slew of different registrars over the years, mainly to get domains easily pushed over when buying them. Sometimes I'd let them stay with that registrar but after a while I started transferring them all to NameCheap ASAP. All the others had some kind of issues at one time or another. I'd especially stay away from GoDaddy. And after this thread, internet.bs.

Yeah, you hear some real horror stories about GoDaddy lol, but I like the idea of getting some of their closeouts. Can you get them without having to purchase anything else, i.e. actually only paying $5 for the domain without hosting or anything else, and can you transfer it to namecheap straight away ?

We need more information from the OP to make a better assumption but even then we will not know if he is giving full details.
To purecig where you just backlinking domain or emailing?

Depends on the severity of the issue. If you run ScrapeBox or XRumer, or any other "spamming" tools, then you're gonna run into Spamhaus sooner or later. So you have your domains with internet.bs, would you risk your business just because it's "only one thread"? Especially when there are more reputable registrars out there?
Well, all problems start with one single report.

All those registrars will lock your domain if you get spamhaus complaints. That's not the reason why godaddy is infamous. It's infamous for awful support and bad service not taking down spam domains.
You need to get real. If you want to spam that's fine, but you're trying to convince yourself that you're doing something legit here and that you should be able to do what you want because of that.
Don't know why you people think namecheap are some sort of bulletproof outfit. They're a great registrar, but if spamhaus contacts them they WILL lock your domain *and* remove your whois guard. I know from personal experience. If you're under illusions then go ahead and move to namecheap and get spamming.
Reputable registrars ignore spamhaus? The more reputable the registrar the more likely they are to work with spamhaus. Why on earth would any reputable registrar stick up for a bunch of spammers instead of work with spamhaus to remove the registrants domains.
The only .com registrar I know of that ignores spamhaus is 1 located in china, but it's more expensive and pretty shady.

It's the choice of the domain registrar.
Godaddy is infamous for easily giving in to complaints about copyright infringments, other registrars aren't. I've read more "horror stories" about godaddy than I can count.
