Would there be any advantage to translating your english site into several languages, static pages not a translator plugin.
From a ad$ense stand point, ads are localized to each country. You would have international BLs, Traffic and possibly additional revenues.

If your going to spend the time to rank a keyword(s) would it not be beneficial to mirror your content in additional languages ?

Just curious, have been browsing around other international g00gle engines translating keywords and watching ads..

A year ago someone post a case study where he translated his site to another languagues (Using google translator) and this improoves his ranking in SERP. So this could be a good idea have a n international website.

But when are you going to use foreign language in articles, always insert titles in English. Because if someone in Spain would search something on google.es in english, it's more likely that your site would be on the first place (your english title but article in Spain).

Sorry for my bad English :)

It would definitely be beneficial if you're trying to rank in non-English-speaking countries.
It used to be that some sites (mostly forums) would automatically translate their content into several different languages, so you'd have lots of nonsensical Google results on international searches.
Google seems to have detected this now as I don't see this happening so often, but translations of slightly higher quality could probably pass.

it is good if you rank that in non English speaking countries

Its Obvious that, it gains you by adding benefits.....

Thanks Everyone.. Seems like a real simple way to better utilize your articles. Doesn't cost anything extra and has benefits.. I'm going to give this a shot...

Non-english keywords have much less competition than english... so yes, it's definitely worth to localize your content.

Sure, if you are getting high quality traffic from countries of other languages it sure does help to have translated web pages.
