I don't see it in semrush. semrush only shows the bad once, not the over all links.

Scrapebox is my choice. We can extract both internal and external links. I am using it last 10 years

No but you can get it at festinger or other sellers for wordpress plugins for cheap.

I personally use these 2 SEO tools, first Semrush and then Moz on the second number.
Semrush is a good option.
