Can we rank our keywords on book related auction domain?
I just bought a domain from godaddy. It's totally unrelated to my niche. I just checked in wayback machine its about books. But i'm trying to rank health related keywords. It's been 4 days my keyword is not in top 100.

Books to health isn't a related topic, unless you're doing books on health.

It's been one week. I bought this domain. And i'm creating money site about 4 days ago. And i want to rank health, diet and weight loss related keywords.

4 days? You'd be lucky to get anything indexed in 4 days.
 
yes, you can rank the kws
What you need to do is to repurpose the domain to suit your health niche like creating quality health related content based around your kw (post and pages) and also create quality backlinks to the site and if the kws are not too difficult to rank, you should start seeing result...but dont expect to see result within 4 days...

Yes keyword competition is zero. I'm just targeting specific country in search console.
 
On an expired domain dont expect to see any rankings for 60-90 days. In some cases you can see results in 30 but 60 days or more seems to be the norm for me. Some keywords can take even longer than 90 days. Also it helps if you have 30 or more articles on your website before Google starts to trust the site and rank it.

Adding few links to the article you are trying to rank will help too. Use anchors related to the new niche.

SEO requires patience and time, there are no magical tactics to get you ranked in a few days anymore.

That happens with authority sites not new one.......... if it would happened like this then every SEO guy will be a millionaire within a month or so............

Not so much authority they have only 20 moz DA PA and 100 linking domains.
 
Atleast wait a month or two. These domains take times to revive and won't index quick.
 
Now I'm trying to rank emd. Domain age is 2 months. It's showing on 23 then vanished maybe sandbox effects?
