When Paul Ceglia last week announced that he had a contract giving him an 84 percent stake in Facebook, the social network unsurprisingly dismissed the claims as "frivolous." Earlier this week, however, a lawyer for the site lent some doubt to the situation, telling a judge, "Whether he signed this piece of paper, we're unsure at this moment."

In an interview later that day with ABC's Diane Sawyer, however, Facebook chief executive Mark Zuckerberg refuted that. "If we said that we were unsure, that was likely taken out of context," he told Sawyer, "because I think we were quite sure that we did not sign a contract that says they have any right to ownership over Facebook."

May not be a frivolous lawsuit afterall? If this disrupts FB ownership then what site becomes the new Facebook? Any Ideas?

Hahahaha in my personal opinion, facebook will always be more important than google I never use google... I yahoo it ..... but I do have a youtube.... Sooooo I guess I tie in with google

There are so many things to think about facebook is just crazy.

In australia Facebook now gets more unique visitors then Google.

Yet advertising spend is still very VERY high with Google and it will continue to be BIG!!!

I can not see Facebook taking over google in terms of Revenue for at least 5 years+

But in terms of Unique visitors possibly SOON!! Page views they are already winning on a world wide basis.

too bad facebook is savagely deleting all viral apps and making it impossible to really gain any traction if you're starting out right now.
