interactive wordpress element to filter cpa offers.. any plugins?

Hi all,

The idea is to create the following:

A loan site that has an age bar, where you can scroll and select your age, and also a scroll bar where the user can select how much they are looking for in a loan.

I want my list of loan offers to change and filter out accordingly. i.e. So if you want +$50K loan and are 25 years, you select this, and only the relevant offers will show in the list I am showing.

How do I create an interactive element like that?
Do any of you know of any wordpress plugins that would make this an easy install?

You can achieve this by setting up a directory website with jobs. For example, WP Job Manager.
