instapay.direct Payment provider

Hi guys,

I'm writting you today because I have recently been banned by Stripe. I applied in the rush to many payment providers (I'm actually running my site with Cardinity but they are quite a disaster to work with). I also applied and receive a positive feedback from instapay.direct

I have not yet processed any transaction with them.

Do anyone know them?

I tried to search everywhere for reviews but did not find anything. However I did a quick check up and it appear that their site in online since 2018.

Do you know where do they connect you? (the bank processing the payment, they are just a payment gateway from what I see).
Are you based in the US or EU because they are based in California so if you are european, it is not necessary and can lead to issues.
Did they issue the MID? or just told you they will potentially approve your website?
