Instant articles Review Process?

I submitted my domain for the Instant Articles review process one and a half weeks ago. It said it would take 10 days or more for the review team to review my submission but today I checked and now it says

Your submission has been received. We're making changes to our review process, so account reviews will take 60 days or more.

What the hell are they doing?! Is there a way that I could shorten this interval? It's getting ridiculous, my other Instant article took 3 days to accept 1 year ago.

I think they changed it. I made to applications, one on 31 Janary and the other on 11 February. The first one got approved after 21 days, the second got the same notification 60 day review and still waiting. When they started this whole instant articles thing, the proces got 3-5 days to get approved and now it seems they sent up to 60 days or more.

Hi https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/eltion-kuptrija.1249626/. Is claiming the url also takes 60 days because when I try to claim the url of my site, they reply with "We've received your URL and it will be reviewed shortly to make sure it follows our Instant Articles Policies." and I've been waiting for a month for my url to be claimed? I got no where to ask so please have a say to my problem. Thanks.
