So as you guys know Facebook IA only accepts domains that have some traffic, and the number of traffic is not publicly known. However, I've recently seen people creating as many IA-s as they want. Is there any proven method for traffic or for bypassing the minimal threshold?

30-40k visitors should be enough to bypass minimal readership based on my experience. If you are not able to reach that you would earn only a few bucks a day anyways.
