Instant Article acces lost ?

Hello everyone, I'm making this post because I have a problem that I can't solve. 2 months ago I created a brand new facebook page, now it has 20k likes and I would like to monetize it through instant articles but apparently I can't. When I go to send the request on https://instantarticles.fb.com/ I don't see my facebook page, and I neither see Instant Articles Configuration in Publishing tools. Do you know why ??
I was thinking, a couple months ago I had another facebook page with like 80k likes which was enabled for instant articles but after some time I stopped posting, after some time Facebook saw that I dont post anymore so they revoke my right to post instant articles, but my question is, IF THEY REVOKED MY RIGHT TO POST INSTANT ARTICLE FOR ONE PAGE, I NOW DONT HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE INSTANT ARTICLES FOR ALL MY PAGES ?
if anyone know something, please let me know, Im really desperate, really don't know what to do...

You need the page atleast 3 months old , and you should active presence on your page for that 3 months , otherwise it might be more delay to see your page there
