Installing PowerMta and Interspire with 250 IPs .. need powerMTA expert

We need someone that knows how to install the Interspire and setup a server with Power mta mail server, config it with dkim and spf and feedback loops. set the domain limits so we will not exceed per ip.
We have a serer for the Interspire, one for the PowerMta server, and 252 available ips.
we use one domain.
you need to have both the interspire and the PowerMta to use for the installation.
we want to start with 1 million emails a day, and later much more.
we just need the installation and the setup; our person is sending the campaigns.
please make sure that you know the setup and installation perfectly and do not reply if you do not.
the starting of the work is immediately.
since we are using both those and 253 ips we expect very high inbox rate. we send non-commercial emails, so that is part of it, and we direct the people to non-commercial site.
we pay all the expanses on the servers, names, ips etc. you get paid only for the work.
we will need to know the time it will take you and the cost of work.
by the way, when we will increase speed we will need the mobrak addon for the interspire
