Installing EXE files

I am using a service for my GMB that I bought here which that involves installing an EXE file. I tested the file on http://www.virustotal.com and it seems as though it's not a virus.

Would you recommend I install the exe on your main computer or do you think I should use some sort of virtual machine?

Unsure how cautious I should be.

I am using a bot to get traffic to my GMB. I've had conversations with other reputable people that vouch for the service. I know the bot works, but always a possibility that malware is attached to an exe file.

always, if in doubt, isolate & VPS it

Lol, absolutely run it through a VM at the very least. There are forums out there that sell undectected trojans...running a random exe is just not worth the risk. Note that even for those who have vouched for it, they won't necessarily know they got infected (e.g. the guy taking his time before using the exploit he landed in their systems.
