Do you know any website from which I can download it for free??

There is no download link, It's a browser based tool

Not quite sure what you're asking. You sign up and you pay 9.99/a month for it (there is a small free trial). It's a service, you alter the settings and their bot does the work behind the scenes after you give them your instagram user name and password.
