Content produced and scheduled, 3 posts a day with 6 hour gap.

What's next?
What should I do next for Instagram growth?

Like photos in your niche, run a contest, use Instagram stories, geotag your photos, encourage followers to take action, figure out what your audience likes.

Hey, other than analysing older posts and searching for Kpi's you can go and DM / try to reach out to the Influencers in your Niche. Alternatively i would suggest nurtering your Story with a few Posts so People also get some Polls etc and make your Page a bit more alive.
 
After a week go your Insights and check the 3 most predominant daily hours for engagement.
Those are the hours you want to post, not the 6 hour gap.

The real secret is to make the algorithm to like your account
The rest will follow by itself :)

I used post by most active time. Then all posts goes in very small window. I mean my followers most active between 3pm to 9pm
So there will be very small gap between posts. Is that okay?
 
You can try advertisement, I dont know what is your niche but if it is a selling account you can try IG/FB ads.
And you must engage to other accounts in your niche, maybe you can try engagement groups(niche targeted).

Targeting.

You need to find a group of pages in you niche that have a strong active following. Then you simply interact with them and bring them on to your page.

Targeting is just as important as content.

3 posts per day? No expert here, but won't overstuffing content harm your engagement and reach rates in the end?

3 Memes a Day is not a lot while 3 Posts per Day on a Brand that you have to create Lifestyle content for is a bit more difficult. Both of them have a
reason for being.In the beginning of a Account you want to scale your Content output high to find out what kind of Content works and what not. When you are bigger and know what works you can chill a bit...or post even more,lol. Just keep it reasonable and dont post 300 times per Day.

I'm not suggesting anything, just be sure to have done your research. It's widely known that overposting leads to both engagement and reach rate drops.

Anyway, up to you, as it also depends on the type of page you run
