Instagram Warm Up ?

Start with 5 follows per day, and then add 1 each day until you reach 40-45 follows. This is a warmup that many agencies do with their devices.

First 3 to 4 days don’t post. Complete the profile, then spend 10 to 15 mins a few times a day engaging with the type of content and audience you want to attract. Like, comment, watch stories. Just like any real user would do. You’re training the algorithm. Do not use any proxies or VPNs. Connect with your normal Wi-Fi/Mobile Data. You can start posting around day 5, one post per day. Keep it clean. After 7 to 10 days, if there are have been no issues, such as weird reach drops, you can increase to 2 posts per day max. Don’t go higher in the first 2 to 3 weeks. Gradual scaling is a smart choice for brand new IG accounts and hasn't failed me yet.

Best way is keep it natural. Log in from one device/IP, complete profile, follow a few accounts daily, like and comment slowly, post light content, and avoid automation for the first weeks.

This is how I go about it and never had a problem:

Day 1: Log into account, approve login ("that is me") in accounts centre > security > where your logged in. I then switch to creator account (you can switch to any type you like), then complete profile set up, so add a nice profile pic, bio, name etc nothing spammy looking, for the "what are your goal?" prompt I always select media engagement and reach, then comments and messages.

After that I start watching clips in the pages niche (@mosseri says this is a myth but I dont believe him lol) so I spend about 15-20 minutes watching reels under keywords in my niche sometimes even longer and keep action to a very low on day one to not get hit with an action block, so I might follow like 5 people, like a couple posts, save a couple and comment on a few but keep everything natural like you are actually scrolling to watch reels.

Day 2:
I repeat this process, search some more and keep scrolling, after a bit when you check your fyp all reels or most should be in your niche, so I switch and start scrolling there, again I follow about another 5-6 accounts etc.

Day 3: Repeat the same process, on day 2 you could also do it in the morning and again at night time to speed it up a bit more. but yeah by the end of day 3 I am usually following about 15-25 accounts and have spend about a full hour warming in total.

I also always use an aged account 2012-2016 and stay on one IP/device.

After that 3 day process I get to posting! (either one or 2 posts per day max at the start)

What is the Best process to do IG WarmUp on Android?
making upload of videos and reels with comments and interactions on other profiles upload warm profile ahead for own usage,it is not important to upload for warming of profile only.

What is the Best process to do IG WarmUp on Android?
watch content, leave a few meaningful comments. dont do too much. some people create an account and post the same day and get good engagement. test on 2 accounts and see.

Just act like a normal person. Do whatever you want for days without posting anything. Just check some reels and like

That's it

Use a real device + real SIM/4G, complete your profile, and stay lightly active for the first 3–5 days.
Gradually increase likes, follows, and natural comments — avoid sudden spikes.
Act like a real user and don’t use automation tools.

Just use it like a normal person.
Watch videos on topics you like (pretty girls are also a good topic).

Hi everyone,

I’m currently running a multi-account setup on Android devices and focusing on traffic redirection from Threads and Twitter (X). I have a couple of specific challenges where I need the community's expertise:

1. Threads Human Verification Issue:I am facing frequent "Human Verification" prompts on my Threads accounts. I am using real Android devices (not emulators) with unique mobile 4G/5G IPs, but the verification keeps popping up after a few actions.

  • Has anyone found a way to bypass or minimize these triggers?
  • Is there a specific "warm-up" pattern or a fingerprinting issue I should look into?
2. Twitter Reach Strategy for 100+ Accounts:I am scaling my operation and will soon have around 100+ accounts. My main goal is to drive traffic to my links, but I’m struggling to get organic reach on Twitter lately.

  • With a 100-account setup, what is the best "Engagement Strategy" to boost reach without getting ghost-banned?
  • Should I focus on Mother/Child method, or is there a better way to use these accounts to push a main "Money" handle?
I’m using manual management on real devices for now to keep things safe. Any advice on the verification loops or reach strategies would be highly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

I think it’s best to use the account slowly and naturally so it doesn’t get flagged. Should behave like a real user first.

To warm up just use same ip so be like a real user, don't make a lot of follow or other actions post in like 3 days after you create your account the first post. The overall advice is to start very slow

Instagram accounts don't need to be warmed up like TikTok accounts. It's enough to simply buy old accounts for $1 and you can immediately start posting reels and posts. Blocking is unlikely in this case.

Most of you are ignoring the Google Play Services footprint, so if you’ve had a ban on that Android device before, simple engagement won’t cut it. You need to reset your advertising ID and check if your account is getting ad interests assigned in the settings.

If it’s still empty after day 4, the algorithm hasn't profiled you as a human yet and you’re still in the sandbox.
