Instagram Warm Up ?

Use clean device + stable IP.
Complete profile first.

First few days just scroll, like, watch stories.
Then slowly increase follows/comments.

No mass actions. Go slow.

First 3 to 4 days don’t post. Complete the profile, then spend 10 to 15 mins a few times a day engaging with the type of content and audience you want to attract. Like, comment, watch stories. Just like any real user would do. You’re training the algorithm. Do not use any proxies or VPNs. Connect with your normal Wi-Fi/Mobile Data. You can start posting around day 5, one post per day. Keep it clean. After 7 to 10 days, if there are have been no issues, such as weird reach drops, you can increase to 2 posts per day max. Don’t go higher in the first 2 to 3 weeks. Gradual scaling is a smart choice for brand new IG accounts and hasn't failed me yet.

Could you please clarify one moment?
You advice to use my normal IP address, but what if I want to reach USA audience, while I'm not from USA?
What to do then?

Been there, slow and steady works. I kept it super light at first—2–3 follows a day, a few likes, nothing crazy—for about a week, then eased it up. If you’re going to post early, keep the post tiny and stay quiet for a bit. Real users don’t scream with activity right away, right?

for first 2-3 days make your profile fully filled. Next 2-3 days only engage(5-10 min) with content realted to your category. Now start posting to your account. Follow others account of same category to attract interested viewers.

Consistency & patience pays on social media!
All the best
