Instagram views on new accounts

A lot of those accounts are running automated repost/content farm strategies — they post high-retention clips at scheduled times, use trending sounds, and often target global audiences with Chinese captions because those engagement networks are huge. Some also boost early engagement through multiple accounts or repost systems, which helps Instagram push the reel wider.

To be honest, combining sexual content, with foreign language captions mean they could be getting Chinese viewers. IG is highly restricted in China so is adult content. They could be real views although they are realistically likely just bots

yeah probs bought views tbh. plus some niches are just easier to blow up in. maybe they got lucky w/ the algo too , who knows.

A lot of these "new" accounts aren't really starting from zero. Many are part of larger content networks that test the same reels across multiple accounts then double down on the ones that perform well. Strng retention, reposted content, and consistent posting schedules can generate reaaaly good reach, even on relatively new profiles. Of course, some may also be using paid views or engagement boosts to accelerate initial traction.

That's pretty weird, even spoofed content does not explain everything.
For me it's boosted

I think these accounts are just artificially boosted with interaction. The purpose might be to nurture the accounts and then sell them o_O o_O

According to me, most of them follow the same viral strategy which are : posting consistently, using trending audio and targeting a large audience. Some also report content that already performs well. That's why new accounts can get a lot of views quickly.

Yeah, that's exactly how most new accounts blow up views now. Running content farms with trending sounds + scheduled posts works crazy well, especially with those global/Chinese caption tricks. Early boost from multiple accounts helps a lot too

You've probably seen instagram reals with 100k views. Brand new accounts. Everyone using chinese language in caption and bio and reels posted at almost the sametime everyday. What's up with that, how do these guys get so many views on instagram.
I've noticed those too. My guess is that it's usually a combination of high volume content production, strong understanding of the algorithm, and sometimes existing networks of accounts rather than truly random brand new accounts going viral overnight.

One thing people often miss is that Instagram doesn't care much about follower count for Reels. A fresh account can get massive reach if the content performs well in the first few rounds of testing. The Chinese captions might simply be targeting a specific audience or following a strategy that's working in that market.

That said, whenever I see dozens of new accounts posting at exactly the same time with very similar patterns, I also wonder whether there's a larger operation behind them rather than individual creators starting from scratch. The views are real in many cases, but the "brand new account" story isn't always the full story.
