Instagram Verification Loop - I think I did everything - please help!

Hey there,

since Sunday i am facing the instagram verification loop. I did everything i read in the web (vpn, older IG versions).

My IG is linked to my Facebook Acc. Facebook works normal. If i want to reset my PW - IG sends the Link to other Mail adress but its hidden with **** (but its not my mail adress).

I got in touch with IG, got an password reset link, reseted my password and got to the same page again. The acc is still active regarding to IG.

Please, if anyone is experienced with this topic, help me out, i really want to have the account back.

Dont know much about this particular case, but a VPN and Instagram or Facebook don't go well together. For managing social media accounts you need a proxy.

The only "loop" I have heard from is due to bad IP not being allowed through the challenge process. Run it from home, that is the best IP you will have access to (assuming you don't spam 24x7 from your home IP

Apart from that you can try a different device / machine, ensure no cookies present etc. Could be a cookie issue

Try using a private window or microsoft edge browser. Should help you
