There's one more IG "uktta" which you can check/contact if they would help you with a shout out.

Be careful with selling shoutouts Fiverr is known for banning accounts.

You can register at KiK and push shoutout offers linking from your bio.

Other ways of monetizing are selling crafty items from Etsy or entertainment products via an amazon landing page.

CPA / List building would also work, but be careful as to not ruin your account.
