Make quality content, Stay consistent in posting. Engage a lot with your followers through stories and going live, in comments too. Use call to action in your videos to make your followers grow.

Also have you bought fake followers? Sometimes IG does a huge drop on profiles to reduce spam and inactive one. There are lot of factors, the key is to be consisten in content publish and just try to bring active followers that will really engage with your brand.
