Hi everyone,
I manage a SMM panel and since late december I have been having issues with Instagram story services not delivering impressions alongside the views. This seems to be the case with any service I have tested the view numbers are showing, but on insights there are no impressions showing for the views. This always used to show as standard and has been causing issues with clients needing sponsored posts to show this. I have tried searching the forums with no luck and was wondering if anyone else had experienced this issue?
The only thing i could find related was changes to European privacy laws that could have affected certain impressions showing. Any help or suggestions on how to work around this would be appreciated! Thanks!
