Instagram Shoutouts

Hey Guys, I started growing my account on IG, I have only 45 followers right now.
What I have done so far:
- joined engagement group
- i post content about 3 times per day
- I use mixed sizes of hashtags related to my posts.

I'm thinking about buying shoutouts, I got an offer from one of the accounts who can provide multiple shoutouts from many accounts at a time until I reach my target number of followers. His prices are as follows:
180$ for shoutouts until I reach 3K followers
270$ for 5K followers
480$ - 10K
880$ - 20K

How can I evaluate this offer? BTW I'm in a money making niche, I have a motivational page with quotes/ tips etc.. My plan for this page is to grow it into a bigger one and start monetising it through affiliate marketing. Please let me know your thoughts on that offer. Thanks!

There are better ways of doing that. That is too high of a price.

I have to agree with @AquaticGamer on this, and who knows where the guy goes after taking that much money?

You can actually buy followers for that much amount..just saying..

You can find 1000 followers for 5$, it just doesn't worth it.

Yes but I cannot write the link here. It's against the rules. Just google followers for instagram and start searching, you can find SOO MANY Services.

U can do it cheaper, for example u can buy some shoutouts for $15 in stories of 100k followers money making pages

If you are going to start monetising it through affiliate marketing you need relevant followers. So I suggest you to make an accent on content.
