Hi guys

What do you recommend the safe limits on Instagram are for following people? Not bothered about unfollowing.

I've heard 100 per day is fine, but spread maybe 2 or 3 times per day (after warmup)

Anything over 20 per day is risky, but it depends on your account

Yes, you can do 100 and try to spread it throughout the day and not follow the same patterns. some days 80 some days 90 some days 100.
 
I guess 180-200 following you can do. It is the safe limit according to me
