I am buying a instagram account from this guy and he seems a bit sketchy. I was just wondering , If I change the password on the instagram account and email , what can the seller do to get the account back ? Iam just asking in cause I end up getting scammed.

You have to make sure you get the original email the account was created with. if not the person can always get the account back
