For the Reels upload, I advise to try InstAccountsManager. But if you want to use the phone in manual mode, I did so, took out the sim, reset the phone to factory settings, included VPN under the desired GEO, changed the language on the phone and time under GEO, installed TikTok, registered an account, then the account will be under the GEO VPN. Under Instagram you can try the same, maybe it will work.
