INSTAGRAM REACH HELP

Hello,

I got a problem, i have 18k followers page doing foll/unfoll method.
Should i stop? When i got about 10 k followers my reach was 40-50k .( Per post).
Now i have 18k followers on my page and single post got reached max 3-8k .( reach per post).
Good quality post, the same posting time, good researching at tags. Everything looks good.
And yes, im getting now more likes.
Im getting abou 2k like. ( Thats because doing follow/unfollow method, new followers liking my posts .)

But my reach is falling, what should i do ?

If i stop doing foll/unfoll
Should i get back to 40-50k reach?

I heard about instagram jail, maybe my acc get there ? How should i go out lol
Or something? please.

I've heard that if you temporary suspend your account for about 2-3 weeks. You may get unbanned.
