Instagram question.. (pva and ip problem)

I'm in the non-english speaking region. and I want to grow mass instagram account.
but in my country, it is not easy to get the pva solution because of the high price.
So I decide to buy some us-base pva instagram accounts.

But I want to know,,,

1) if I use the account (created at us ip with us pva) at asian country ip, instagram would ban me? or just ask pva again? then can I use the other country phone number like russia?
2) Is there any good service to get the phone number for sms? I used the hushed and twillio and so on, but it can't get the instagram code or facebook..

Smart choice. It's a good thing that you chose to purchase US-based PVA IG accounts. What country are you living in? And may I ask where you're going to use the Instagram accounts that you have bought?

I will use the instagram accounts for japan, korea, phillippines customers with korea ip if possible, if not, I think i'll use proxy-n-vpn instagram proxy..

I recommend buying from where you live. I'm in USA and I got banned for buying Russia accounts.
